Duties:   Under the supervision of the Director of Investigations and Incident Management,  the Investigations Assistant will ensure the delivery of effective administrative, clerical, and investigative duties as directed. Maintain investigation files, document files in e-records, prepare notification letters, draft correspondence, draft investigation templates, forward departmental mailings, set up and conduct investigations per protocol. Assure appropriate documentation is in place and received timely to comply with state auditing of investigation files. Review and type incident reports and submit reporting data as requested.


Requirements:   High School Diploma or G.E.D.  is required. A Bachelor's degree is a plus. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines.  Excellent computer skills i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint.
