Employment Administrative Assistant

 

Duties:  Under the direct supervision of the Employment Coordinator, the Administrative Assistant's primary responsibility is to assist the employment department with billing, purchasing, electronic file maintenance and record keeping.  Provide job coaching training and support to persons supported employed at community job sites as needed.

 

Minimum Requirement: A high school diploma or equivalent.  Must have experience working with individuals with disabilities.  Experience in a job coaching capacity is preferred.  Must have a valid driver's license with an F-endorsement and maintain an insurable driving record.  Must have working knowledge of general computer skills.
