Duties:    Under the supervision of the Business Office Manager, the Personal Funds Manager (PFM) will function as the Representative Payee for persons supported.  The PFM is responsible for maintaining persons supported financial records which includes (but not limited to) paying all debts from the persons supported checking and/or savings account for their living expenses; maintaining accurate postings for income and expenses; account balance monitoring and ensuring that all payments are documented properly and check requests processed timely.


Requirements:    High School Diploma, two or more years experience in accounting or related field, and excellent computer literacy skills.   Experience with MS Office and QuickBooks preferred.
