Duties:   Under the supervision of the Director of Community Services, the Operations Lead will provide oversight to all operational aspects of the Community Based Day Department; responsible for all vehicles assigned to the department and monthly vehicle inspections; coordinate, plan, schedule and attend activity events; and ensure that the necessary corrections are made for staff payroll weekly. Must complete monthly site visits to each hub site and communicate with Hub Site Leaders.

 

Requirements:   High School Diploma or equivalent.  Demonstrated ability to lead and develop department activities and department staff; excellent organizational management and communication skills required.  A working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is also required.
