Duties:   Under the supervision of the Director of Finance and Operations, the Operations Manager will be responsible for property renovations, inspections, maintenance and repairs.  Will also be responsible for risk management including insurance and security. Will also manage the departmental budget and prepare annual capital budgets. Will supervise the maintenance staff, HUD Property Clerk, and Contract Security Personnel.

 

Requirements:   Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field. Minimum of five years management experience is required.  Accounting degree and experience in property management is a plus.
