Duties:  Under the supervision of the Director of ICF, the QIDP will be responsible for coordinating the planning, development, and implementation of the Individualized Program Plan (IPP) for the clients, as well as monitoring, evaluation and program revision of those plans.  The QIDP assumes the responsibility for the clients and his/her IPP across environments includining school, community and parent/gurardian relationships.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's Level degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Special Education from a 4 year accredited college or university.  One to three years of supervisory and social services experience preferred.  A valid driver's license and liability insurance is required.
