DUTIES:      Under the supervision of the Director of Health Services, the Behavior Technician will research, develop, and assist with the implementation of behavioral support plans for Service Recipients with developmental disabilities in compliance with State of Tennessee guidelines.



REQUIREMENTS:   Graduation from an accredited 4 year college or university with a Bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation Education, Special Education, Social work, Psychology and/or related field required.   Must have at least one-year experience working with individuals with developmental and/or physical disabilities.   One year of experience in behavior modification preferred. Master's Degree preferred.
