DUTIES:   Under the supervision of the Director of Health Services, the Office Manager is responsible for the overall management of the Health Services daily office duties, including handling calls from physician's offices and current staff.  Establish, maintain, and revise recordkeeping systems; classify, sort and file correspondence records, inventory and other documents.  Provide administrative support to the Health Services Team.


REQUIREMENTS:   High School diploma or G.E.D. required.  Must have at least 2 years clerical experience with working knowledge of Microsoft office.  Must also have good communication and organizational skills.  The ability to multi- task is essential
