Duties:  Under the supervision of the Director of Community Living, the CLQC will assist the Community Life Manager, and the Home Supervisor with the coordination of the daily outcomes and activities involving the persons supported.  The CLQC will develop quality assurance plans, by conducting hazard analyses identifying critical points, and preventative measures to establish critical action plans for monitoring procedures, and enforce corrective action plans based on SRVS policies and procedures.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:  High School Diplomas or Equivalence required.  Must have a minimum of two years management experience in a Residential setting working with people with development disabilities.

Skill/Qualifications:  Must be able to listen and effectively communicate with staff and management using oral and written skills.  Must be proficient in computer word documents and have the ability to type and use the agency's software.  Must be able to provide medication administration oversight and specific training for implementation of all therapy plans.
