DUTIES: Under the direct supervision of the Case Manager Support Coach, the Case Manager Day Services will be responsible for maintaining compliance with DIDD and SRVS requirements for records and files. Responsibilities include the direct delivery and coordination of care for social services needs.
REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor's Level degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Special Education from a 4 year accredited college or university. Previous experience in social services is required; must possess good written and verbal communication skills. A valid driver's license and liability insurance is also required.
