Duties: Under the supervision of the Director of Operations, the Building Engineer will be responsible for maintenance, safety, and cleanliness of the facility. Will develop and promote good community relations among agency clientele; will survey the building and determine maintenance services and will identify preventive maintenance needs.
Requirements: High-school diploma or GED preferred. Must have at least 5 years building maintenance experience. Must be able to perform maintenance duties such as minor electrical, minor plumbing, floor and ceiling tile repair, painting, heating and ventilation system repair, and minor carpentry. Must have good motor skills; be able to lift at least 50 pounds; must be able to push, pull, bend, climb, squat, and work in varying temperatures. Must have a valid TN, AR, or MS drivers' license.
