Under the supervision of the RN Area Manager, the Lead Nurse, will assist in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of Service Recipients' care, providing direct care and documenting as required/needed; will schedule LPN's in the home and maintain the staffing plan in consultation with and approval of the RN Area Manager; will work as a member of the interdisciplinary team in assuring care in accordance with individualized plans and SRVS standards.
Requirements: Must be licensed by the TN, AR, or MS Board of Nursing. Three years of experience in medical-surgical or pediatrics preferred. Experience working with intellectual disabilities and special needs population preferred.
Special Training: Thorough knowledge of the areas of developmental disabilities, principles of normalization and community integration. Ability to problem solve and must have Class D driver's license with "F" Endorsement.
